Business Membership
Welcome to the Navy Federal Business Membership Secure Document Upload (SDU) page. The purpose of this SDU is to assist with the submission of required documentation in support of a new business membership application. The required documentation, as provided within the Business Membership Application, is a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirement and supports Navy Federal’s responsibility and compliance with BSA/Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. To initiate the submission of documentation, please complete ALL required fields below to proceed to the next page where document attachments are facilitated.
As reflected on the Business Membership Application, ALL documentation requirements must be provided and COMPLETE for fastest processing. Failure to provide required (or complete) documentation WILL result in a processing delay and may further result in the rejection of the business membership application. Business Membership Applications that remain incomplete after 30-days will be declined for business membership. Normal processing time for New Business Membership Applications is 24-48 business hours. However, processing may be delayed due to heavy volume or if additional information is needed.
